Redrawn 20 October 2026 on the Bossier bank
A plain account of the data a visit leaves behind and the controls you hold over it.
Data controller
Horseshoe Entertainment, 711 Horseshoe Boulevard, Bossier City, LA 71111, decides how personal data on this site is handled. Privacy questions go to privacy@leipzigcasinohotel.com.
Information gathered
- Your connection's IP address, and a coarse location worked out from it, at city or region level at most.
- The browser's user agent header, from which we can tell the browser family, the kind of device and its language setting.
- Which pages and links you open, only once you have allowed analytics.
- Whatever you choose to tell us by email, including messages drafted with the contact form.
Purposes
- Keeping the site running and protected from abuse; this needs no consent.
- Analytics, so we learn which cards are read, only with your yes.
- Marketing and affiliate attribution, letting partner networks credit a reservation, only with your yes.
- Replying to people who write in.
Storage periods
We delete web-server access logs inside 90 days. Aggregated analytics totals are retained for up to 26 months. Emails stay only as long as the conversation needs, unless a legal duty says otherwise.
GDPR rights
People protected by the GDPR may obtain their data, have it fixed or erased, restrict its use or take it elsewhere in a portable file; they may also object to processing and withdraw consent at any moment, and raise a complaint before a supervisory authority.
CCPA/CPRA rights
Residents of California can ask what personal information we hold, have it corrected or deleted, and decline both its sale and its use in cross-context behavioural advertising. Browsers that transmit Global Privacy Control are treated as having said no. Exercising these rights never earns anyone poorer treatment from us.
Children
The atlas addresses grown-up travellers only, and collecting details about under-18s is something we avoid. Should a child's information land in our inbox, a note to the privacy address gets it erased.
